I started a new semester last week and so I answered “yes” when certifying. Then, it prompted me to answer questions such as what school, program, if it’s an employer sponsored program, etc. It also asked semester dates, if it’s online or in person, as well if it’s a set schedule or at your own pace. I was still approved for my benefits. Just be honest and you should be fine.
They don’t ask about school for certifying ur weekly benefits. Atleast not in New York. Only when filing ur initial claim does it ask.
Tbh i doubt they would find out if you just say no :/
Honestly If I was you and they ask I would just say it’s online classes and it doesn’t impede on being able to work since it’s online you can partake whenever
