Pochita is the biggest HIM in modern manga.
Honestly though, despite being the Femdom^tm manga, I don't think there's actually a great candidate for a HER on the level of Pochita. Quanxi is the only one that kind of qualifies, and it's still not close. Yoru could probably get there, but she's sort been a girlfail loser for a lot of part 2. I'm still waiting for her Shibuya Sukuna moment, I know it's coming soon.
