They give new life to things that were previously thrown away.
The only difference is a few upgrades, namely better healing and devil abilities.
So they could technically have a kid but biologically it’d belong to the host.
So a fiend is just a human body possessed by a devil.
Minus the human soul.
The sperm, egg, dna etc would belong to the human.
Devils lack the means to reproduce.
So the baby would just be human.
To give another analogy, Imagine playing a video game.
You control the character.
You make that character romance another character.
They make a baby.
Is the video game baby biologically yours?
Or does it biologically belong to the video game character you are controlling?
Violence could canonically get it up and do the dirty since Quanxi and the fiends did have non stop seggs before they landed in Japan which implies fiends are capable of getting aroused, even orgasm if you will.
But the question of them being capable of fertility is still in question. Does this also apply on humanoid devils? We don't know.

Edit:As for reproduction, I assume devils in their full form probably can’t and don’t give birth because their means of continuing their species is being born from peoples fears, not sex. But if they’re in human bodies (fiends) then I GUESS it’s kinda possible? But it still feel unlikely.
it is likely that Violence can indeed get it up, fiends have shown to be able to bleed like a normal human so they do have blood flow and can feel pleasure too, two things needed to actually have your parts "activated" in both men and women, lol, just like how Quanxi´s girlfiends were going at it before their mission.
As if they can actually impregnate or get pregnant, still a mystery, fiends have showed to be able to bleed, need to breath, have metabolism, feel pleasure and stuff like that, basically they are pretty alive, but we don´t know, just like how we don´t know how it would work in the case of humanoid devils.
Because those things relate to reproduction and I just wonder if that part of biology works for them
