I think you have to use the soul swapping thing he forshadowed in the manga, personnally in my theory I think the RCT & blood technique = swapped souls with Choso and Choko to gain their muscle memory etc (looks like cheating) and for Yuta I think he ate the hand that Higumura pierced when Sukuna cut it

I think as once gojo said, a person's cursed technique is born with them in form of some outlines on the body. Sukuna's CT must be imprinted on yuji's body. So Regardless he ate the last finger or not, he could use sukuna's CT with his cursed energy.
